How long do the samples last? All treats are made fresh to order. Once received, store in a cool, dry place and use within 2 weeks of opening for best results.

Can I order the Discovery Box more than once? You can, but it's designed as a one-time taste test. Once you know which flavour your dog loves, the full-size bag and Fussy Pup Club subscription are the better value options.

Is the $10 credit automatic? Yes. It's applied to your account after your Discovery Box order is confirmed and can be used on any full-size bag.

My dog has sensitivities. Is the Discovery Box suitable? The box includes chicken, beef, and kangaroo proteins. If your dog has a known allergy to any of these, contact us before ordering and we can advise on the best options.
