THE TASTE TEAM:

The Fussy Pup Club Taste Team is our founding panel of dogs who road-test every new flavour before it reaches the store. Current members include Donnie, Beans, Mya, Oreo, Biscuit, Bonni, Apollo, and Oreo (again).

If a flavour doesn't pass the Taste Team, it doesn't make the box.

When does my box arrive each month? Orders are processed on first of each month and shipped within 7 business days.

Can I skip a month? Yes. Log in to your account and skip up to 3 months per year.

What if my dog doesn't like something in the box? Get in touch. We'll work out what's not landing and adjust future boxes where we can.

Is there a commitment? No lock-in. Cancel any time from your account.

Can I combine my subscription with the $10 Discovery Box credit? Yes. If you've already done the Discovery Box, your $10 credit applies to your first subscription order.
